Free Business Owners Canvas
As a business owner, there are so many day in and day out tasks and troubleshooting to do that all too often the critical factors for the success of your business slip through the cracks.
The same principle applies also to starting a business. Daily tasks can take away from the areas most critical to the success of your new endeavor.
Here at the USCSB, we have put together a Business Owner’s Canvas so that you have a one page (or if so inclined – wall canvas) reference to the most critical areas and tasks for your business. This gives you a “Big Picture” view ALL THE TIME!
To complete the canvas (though I use “complete” loosely as it is never truly complete but rather a living, breathing thing) for the first time, brainstorm separately on each area first. This will not only let you identify each area in more detail, it will also make the relationship between different areas more apparent so that you can properly complete the canvas.
